About

The Crystal Space CS-101 Kikas (Micro Camera System) is a miniature, flight-proven (TRL 9) imaging system for CubeSats and small satellites. Designed for deployment monitoring, docking operations, Earth observation, and rover navigation. NATO-sourced, ITAR-free, manufactured in Estonia since 2013. Provides 5 MP resolution with 44×34 degree FOV, under 75 mW nominal power consumption. Supports SpaceWire, CAN, RS-485, RS-422, UART, I2C, and SPI interfaces. Ground sample distance below 600 m from 600 km altitude.
