About
The Deployment Mechanism of Large Flat Antenna is a component of large antenna systems, designed to deploy and maintain a flat antenna aperture of 3 m × 100 m on orbit. The mechanism stows within Ø4450 mm and weighs ≤1200 kg. Once deployed, the fundamental frequency is ≥0.1 Hz, with ≤5 mm non-flatness on orbit and ≤0.01° repeated deployment precision. Mechanical direction precision is ±0.015°. Adaptable to customer requirements. Not yet flight qualified.
