This is an outdoor 40W Dual GaN Ka-band SSPA/BUC designed for commercial, government, and defense SATCOM. It utilizes cutting-edge GaN technology to offer outstanding performance, high efficiency, super high linear power, and superior lifetime. The unit supports multicarrier operation and can be configured for redundant systems. It features full M&C capability via RS-485/USB and Ethernet, with discrete lines for mute, turn on/off, and summary alarms. The SSPA/BUC has internal self-protection against temperature, input level, and reflected power. Options include high stability internal reference, extended temperature range (-40 ºC to +60 ºC), redundant systems, remote M&C Panel, SNMP, Automatic Control Mode (AGC, ALC), pressure window, output RF calibrated sample port, and Ethernet port.
