Teledyne e2v offers a comprehensive portfolio of radiation-tolerant and space-qualified analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs) for satellite and space instrument payloads. The portfolio spans resolutions from 8 to 16 bits and sample rates from a few MSPS to 6 GSPS, covering the full range of space signal chain requirements from precision low-frequency instrument interfaces to wideband radar and communications receivers.
All devices are characterized and tested for radiation performance including total ionizing dose (TID), single-event upset (SEU), and single-event latch-up (SEL). Radiation assurance reports are provided per lot. Products are available in hermetic ceramic packages and custom configurations for space system integrators. Teledyne e2v’s radiation test methodology uses proton and heavy-ion beams at leading particle accelerator facilities in Europe and the US.
