About
Teledyne e2v provides a range of space-qualified memory products including SRAM, DDR4 SDRAM, NOR Flash, and MRAM for satellite data storage, program memory, and on-board computing applications. These products address the spectrum of space memory needs: from fast SRAM scratchpad memory for real-time processing to high-density DDR4 for AI and image processing, to non-volatile Flash and MRAM for program storage and data logging.
All memory products are radiation-characterized for TID, SEU, and SEL. Teledyne e2v performs proton and heavy-ion testing at particle accelerator facilities to establish radiation cross-sections and threshold LET values. Products are available in hermetic ceramic packages with various industrial and space screening levels. MRAM products offer inherent SEU immunity through their magnetic storage principle, making them attractive for non-volatile program storage in harsh radiation environments.
