Teledyne e2v offers a broad portfolio of radiation-tolerant and radiation-hardened processors for satellite on-board computing, ranging from small low-power CubeSat flight computers to high-performance GEO and deep-space processors. The portfolio includes devices based on PowerPC (QorIQ T-series, P-series), ARM (Layerscape LX2160A, Cortex-A series), and legacy MIPS (QorIQ/Mongoose) architectures, processed and upscreened by Teledyne e2v to meet space radiation requirements.

Teledyne e2v applies radiation screening, characterization, and lot testing to commercial and semi-custom processor devices, providing space system integrators with drop-in high-performance computing solutions that combine modern processing capability with radiation assurance. Products are supported with radiation test reports, application notes, and technical support from Teledyne e2v’s space electronics engineering team.
