FAST 6U CubeSat Platform

The FAST 6U CubeSat Platform is the flagship of Cervos Space’s FAST product line, scaling the proven bus architecture to the 6U form factor (10 × 20 × 30 cm). The 6U provides the largest available volume within the standard CubeSat envelope, making it the preferred choice for missions requiring high-resolution imaging payloads, multi-band communication systems, scientific instrument suites, or in-orbit demonstration platforms with larger propulsion systems.

With the additional volume and structural real estate of the 6U, Cervos can accommodate more capable deployable solar panels for higher average power, larger batteries for eclipse-period operations, and more sophisticated attitude determination and control systems including reaction wheels for precise pointing missions. Communication options span UHF/VHF through S, X, Ku, Ka, and E bands, enabling high-downlink-rate Earth observation or high-throughput IoT constellations.

The FAST 6U is assembled and tested at Cervos’s Bilkent Cyberpark and Ostim OSB facilities in Ankara. The platform ships in production-ready condition with all bus subsystems integrated, qualified, and documented for launch provider submission. Cervos’s end-to-end service includes mission design support, subsystem selection, environmental qualification testing, and post-launch technical support.

For constellation operators, the FAST 6U’s modular architecture and Cervos’s manufacturing infrastructure in Ankara support serial production of multiple units at accessible pricing for university missions, national agencies, and commercial operators.
