About
This is an indoor 300W GaN X-band SSPA designed for commercial, government, and defense SATCOM applications. It leverages GaN technology for high power, efficiency, and robust performance in harsh environmental and operational conditions. The SSPA offers super linearity for maximum usable output power and can be customized for linearization independent of the modulation method. It includes built-in output isolator for protection against reflected power and advanced packaging and cooling techniques. Full M&C capability is provided via RS-232/RS-485/Ethernet, with monitoring of input/output power, temperature, and summary alarms. Internal self-protection mechanisms are in place for temperature, reflected power, and high input/output power. Options include redundant systems (1:1, 2:1, N:1), SNMP, indoor controller, receive reject filter (external), harmonic filter (external), air exhaust MEC interface (air cooling), and breaker panel.
