The GDP Model 2265 Multi-Channel PCM Bit Synchronizer houses up to 4 bit synchronizer channels in a 2U rackmount chassis. It reconstructs the input telemetry data stream and recovers clock timing with high fidelity so downstream processing systems produce meaningful data. The 2265 is capable of maintaining synchronization with the signal of interest down to -3 dB Eb/No at signal levels as low as 100 mVpp, minimizing lock dropouts on downstream frame synchronizers and decommutators during receiver fade and multi-path conditions. Supports QPSK, OQPSK and SOQPSK, built-in BERT/frame sync, best-source DQE/DQM output, and data rates from 10 bps to 40+ Mbps, available as single or multi-channel rackmount units or single/dual-channel PCI cards.
