About

The GR716A is a radiation-hardened microcontroller featuring a fault-tolerant LEON3 SPARC V8 processor. It includes a wide range of communication interfaces plus on-chip ADC, DAC, Power-on-Reset, Oscillator, Brown-out detection, LVDS transceivers, and regulators supporting a single 3.3V supply. The GR716A is ideally suited for space and other high-reliability applications and is available in flight-qualified parts with documented qualification status; electrical rejects may be delivered in lieu of a dummy package model.
