Description
The GR712RC is a dual-core LEON3FT SPARC V8 processor fabricated at Tower Semiconductor in 180nm CMOS, using RadSafe technology from Ramon Space for radiation hardness. It offers a wide range of communication interfaces to simplify parts procurement and reduce software development costs across applications. The device is TRL 9 and included in the European Preferred Parts List (EPPL).
