About
The GR765 is a high-performance radiation-hardened system-on-chip supporting up to 8 cores (RISC-V/SPARC), DDR2/DDR3/DDR4 memory interfaces, and integrated SpaceFibre and WizardLink high-speed communication interfaces. The GR765 includes a radiation-hardened embedded FPGA (eFPGA) with 32k LUTs that can interface directly with SpaceFibre/WizardLink for data decimation and in-hardware processing, avoiding the need for TMR or scrubbing. It also integrates an isolated SoC operating as a Hardware Security Module (HSM), providing authenticated boot, unique device identification, hardware root of trust, secure message signing/verification/encryption, key management, integrated crypto accelerators, and support for Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) algorithms.
