The Tianqi 400-GM20 is the smallest module in the Tianqi IoT module family, designed for space- and power-constrained applications. At just 17.7×15.8×2.4 mm and 1 g, it fits into ultra-compact field monitoring devices, portable personal emergency beacons, and miniaturized sensor gateways for remote areas. The module supports LVTTL serial communication and provides a dedicated GNSS standard serial port for connecting an external positioning module. Adaptive channel selection ensures reliable satellite communications with minimal power draw — sleep current as low as 7.5-10 uA and TX current under 700 mA. Compatible with DC or lithium battery power supplies (3.5-5.3 V).
