The Tianqi Bio Mini Terminal is a breakthrough miniaturized satellite IoT tracker for wildlife monitoring, combining solar charging, multi-mode GNSS (BDS/GPS), a 6-axis accelerometer, and multi-network communication (2G/4G/5G cellular, LoRa, and Tianqi satellite) in a 20.6×20.6×11.5 mm package weighing just a few grams. Designed to be safely worn by large migratory birds, the device features a titanium alloy external antenna (default 0.4 mm wire with protective coating), an IP68-rated injection-molded housing (>2 ATM), and a 300 mAh lithium-polymer battery with gallium-arsenide solar panels (30% efficiency, effective in low light). When in areas without cellular connectivity the device automatically switches to Tianqi satellite short-message mode for low-frequency position reporting, with data stored onboard (16 MB) and batch-downloaded when network returns. Remote management and OTA firmware upgrades are supported via 2G/4G/5G or Bluetooth (INTELINK).
