About

Hifly® is a comprehensive solution for all satellite mission control needs, guiding satellites since 2004. It has undergone countless improvements in operational and performance aspects, security, reliability, and usability, accumulating hundreds of ‘satellite years’ of supported operations. This unparalleled operational heritage is available for current satellites, as Hifly® provides generic support for all major commercial satellite buses, the most important baseband provider protocols, and existing encryption units on the market. The system excels in migrating from existing control centers to Hifly®-based solutions, including implementation, databases, historical data, telemetry visualizations, and automated operational procedures. Hifly® offers homogeneous operational support for satellites from any platform or manufacturer, with scalability from a single satellite to massive megaconstellations of any size. It supports operational concepts ranging from manual to unattended (lights-out) in combination with Autofly and Flyplan products. The system allows for unlimited customization, adapting to customer needs. It features a flexible licensing policy to maximize investment value and utilizes generic hardware in both physical and virtualized/dockerized implementations. Hifly® undergoes continuous updates to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of COTS hardware and software (operating systems, virtualization, and dockerization platforms). It is interoperable, with data published in open formats for exploitation by external systems, exposed interfaces via Application Programming Interfaces (API), and accessible services through Software Development Kits (SDK). The Hifly family includes Archiva (satellite and ground telemetry parameter archive) and Autofly (satellite and ground procedure automation). Hifly® has guided approximately 150 satellites, including fleets from Eutelsat, Arabsat, Hispasat, StarOne, SES, Turksat, Measat, and OneWeb, and supports any LEO/MEO/GEO/HEO mission, from single satellites to massive fleets. It ensures continuity of the ground segment, integrity, and confidentiality, with a focus on security. Over half of the major satellite operators rely on Hifly®, and 40% of commercial COMSATs launched in the last ten years have been supported by Hifly®.
