Ibeos Modular Power System (MPS)

The Ibeos Modular Power System (MPS) is a state-of-the-art power conversion, management, and distribution assembly designed for space environments, suitable for missions from low earth orbit to interplanetary environments. It offers a modular and scalable power subsystem with a scalable power output ranging from 500 to 2,000 Watts. The system supports scalable quantities of switches and command/telemetry channels, and allows for the inclusion of custom interface cards. It boasts up to 98% power conversion efficiency and includes analog under/over-voltage and over-current protection. For enhanced reliability, the MPS features two-fault tolerant spacecraft inhibits and a spacecraft watchdog. This product is built to standards that support advanced applications, offering reliability, radiation tolerance, and capabilities compatible with traditional space mission requirements, while meeting the aggressive costs and lead times needed for Cubesat and Smallsat missions today.
