About
LIDAX’s PSG Thermal Links are flexible thermal straps manufactured from pyrolytic graphite sheet (PGS), engineered for space missions where high thermal conductance combined with low mass is critical. With an excellent conductance-to-weight ratio, these graphite flexible thermal straps are particularly suited to New Space platforms, sensitive payloads, and high-precision instrumentation.
Each strap is designed and validated to mission-specific thermal, mechanical, and integration requirements, accommodating relative movement between spacecraft components while maintaining efficient heat transfer paths. Applications include focal plane assemblies, cryo-cooler interfaces, deployable radiators, and heat pipe connections. LIDAX has delivered thermal straps to missions including BepiColombo, EarthCARE, PLATO, and the James Webb Space Telescope.
