About
HiPeR FlexLinks are flexible thermal straps developed by Airbus to conduct heat efficiently between spacecraft components while remaining mechanically decoupled from the structures they connect. Their conductance-to-mass ratio is reported at three to five times higher than traditional thermal strap solutions, allowing lighter, more effective thermal paths for sensitive equipment.
Qualified at Technology Readiness Level 9, HiPeR FlexLinks are flight-proven on telecom, science, Earth observation and megaconstellation missions, and are offered as an off-the-shelf catalogue item with an average lead time of about four months for commercial customers worldwide.
