About
The microPATCH-L1 is a long-term optimised CubeSat GPS Antenna specially designed for modern satellites, CubeSats and majority of University projects, where the satellite development team requires a module with limited size, to be incorporated into already “fully occupied” satellite wall. The module requires to be incorporated into an RF conductive panel such as a PCB with a fully flooded copper plane or an aluminum solar panel wall. The conductive surface acts as a groundplane which naturally equalizes the antenna radiation pattern. Optimal performance is achieved once the microPATCH-L1 is fixed using countersunk screws. Connect the RF Coaxial cable with DC power from 2.7 to 5.5V and start to receive first signals from the GPS constellation with your GPS Receiver in minutes!
