About
The piPATCH-ADSB is a Space-Friendly, top-notch, high-gain RHCP antenna array with a uniform hemispherical radiation pattern intended for CubeSat installations supporting space-borne Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) aircraft tracking. It covers the 1090 MHz band via a dedicated antenna array connected to the receiver through a single RF port, and is ideal for Nadir/Zenith-oriented satellites such as ground-scanning missions, ensuring orientation toward terrestrial sources with an X/Y face. The module measures 98×82.6x(+8/-4) mm with a low profile and MCX-F connector, weighs 115 g, and fits deployers with 10 mm side protrusions such as Exopod Nova; mounting hole positions can be modified free of charge on request. RF coupling and EMI shielding are built in. Offered as Flight Model (FM) and unmarked OEM Flight Model variants.
