About

The nanoSSOC-D60 is a miniaturized digital fine sun sensor developed by Solar MEMS Technologies for nanosatellites and CubeSats. Based on proprietary MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) fabrication technology, it provides precise two-axis solar vector measurements with a 60-degree half-angle field of view per axis. The sensor outputs attitude data via SPI or UART digital interface, simplifying integration with on-board computers. The nanoSSOC-D60 offers high accuracy performance in a compact, low-mass package suitable for CubeSat bus integration, and has accumulated significant flight heritage on missions by NASA, ESA, JAXA, and commercial operators.
