The Unified DC-DC Conversion Module is included in a set of unified modules for critical power management systems, designed for use in guaranteed power systems for aircraft engines, electric drives for pumping oil, gas, chemical products, and other critical applications. It converts an unstable primary power supply voltage into a line of stabilized output voltages (12, 5, 3.3, 1.8 and 1.2 V), and provides protection against overloads by current consumption, short circuit, and no-load operation. The module supports up to 3 simultaneously enabled output channels, each delivering not less than 1 A, with a total output current greater than 3 A. It operates over a wide primary supply voltage range of 12-50 V, achieves 85% efficiency, and functions across an operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C. The module measures 110x110x10 mm and weighs 30 g. It was released in 2012, has a guaranteed service life of 3 years, and an estimated production/delivery time of 8 months. The product is not flight-qualified and cannot be adapted to customer requirements.
