Offering a high-performance alternative to standard polyimide flexible heaters, all-polyimide heaters support higher temperatures and greater watt densities than most flexible film heaters available on the market. Minco’s unique ability to manufacture these heaters has prompted success in many high-temperature applications worldwide. These thin, lightweight heaters allow you to apply heat where it is needed, ultimately reducing overall operating costs. They provide fast and efficient thermal transfer, and their low mass construction and factory lamination save space and reduce cycle time. Available in round, rectangular, and irregular shapes, these heaters are also resistant to most chemicals. Customization options enable turnkey assembly, and they boast a maximum operating temperature of 260°C.
