About
The Attitude Control Thruster Unit is specifically designed for spacecraft orientation and attitude control. It was released in 2009 and boasts a guaranteed service life of 10 years. The unit is flight qualified and can be adapted to meet specific customer requirements. It operates using hydrazine as propellant and comprises two modified thermocatalytic low thrusters: one main and one redundant. Thermal management is ensured by a system of four heaters (two main and two redundant), a radiator, and a set of Multi-Layer Insulation (MLI). The unit’s temperature is continuously monitored by four integrated temperature sensors. The estimated production and delivery time is 12 months, not including the time required for material procurement (4 months) and procured parts and components (6 months).
