About

The Attitude Control Thruster Unit is designed for spacecraft orientation and attitude control. It was released in 1999 and has a guaranteed service life of 10.5 years. The unit utilizes hydrazine as propellant and consists of two thermocatalytic low thrusters: one main and one redundant. Thermal management is ensured by four heaters (two main and two redundant), a radiator, and a set of Multi-Layer Insulation (MLI). The unit’s temperature is monitored by four temperature sensors. The product is flight qualified and can be adapted to customer requirements. The estimated production/delivery time is 12 months, not including the time needed for material procurement (4 months) and procured parts and components (6 months).
