About
This product line encompasses axial, arterial, and contour heat pipes, as well as radiator heat pipes, all engineered for providing thermal regulation in flight applications. The products have undergone a full cycle of testing according to the European standard PSS49 and have flight applications with European, Chinese, and American partners. The arterial design of the capillary structure is a key feature, allowing for increased heat pipe power without a corresponding increase in mass, while also enhancing their resource life, radiation resistance, and overall reliability. Contour Heat Pipes (CHP) are capable of transferring large heat fluxes, up to 10 kW, in any direction within a mass force field over long distances, and offer the possibility of regulation. Axial Heat Pipes (AHP) are constructed from aluminum alloy AD31 (6063) and can utilize various heat carriers including ammonia, propylene, ethane, methane, and nitrogen, with diameters ranging from 6 to 20 mm.
