About

Oxford Space Systems’ deployable helical antennas are designed for Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine to Machine (M2M) communications and services, with the first IoT antennas successfully launched and deployed in 2020. These antennas leverage kite making skills and origami-inspired techniques, allowing them to be configured to meet a broad range of mission requirements. They are particularly suited for missions where low mass and stowage efficiency are critical. Oxford Space Systems offers a holistic, turn-key, customer-centric design service to develop and optimize high-performance Bi, Tri, and Quad filar helicals to meet specific mission needs. Key features include stowage efficiency, flight heritage, and rigorous testing, ensuring reliability and performance in space environments.
