The ASTROFEIN PicoSatellite Launcher (PSL6U / PSL6U XL) is a CubeSat deployer system capable of deploying 1U, 2U, 3U, or 6U CubeSats. It incorporates non-explosive lock and release mechanisms, ensuring safe and reliable deployment. The system is designed for very low power consumption and is user-friendly, allowing for easy resetting. Redundancy is built into both the actuation and deployment confirmation signals for enhanced reliability. A patented feature ensures the fixation of the CubeSat in X, Y, and Z axes during launch, providing high safety within a closed envelope. The deployer offers defined deployment energy and a low spin rate for the CubeSats. Deployment is initiated only when the door is completely opened and locked, another patented safety feature. It provides large clearance for attachments on the CubeSat and includes access ports for maintenance at the launch site. The technology is fully qualified, and the product has no export restrictions. ASTROFEIN offers full end-to-end testing up to final integration.
