The ASTROFEIN Gyro System AGS-1 is a tri-axial rotation measurement unit designed for small satellite attitude determination, offering temperature-compensated data output in a small, low-mass, low-power package. It supports two operation modes — free-running and triggered — and allows integration of additional acceleration sensors on request. The economic design targets small satellite missions needing reliable, compact rate-sensing with fast start-up (under 0.3 seconds) and a 5-year LEO design lifetime.
