Key features include an integral microswitch and a 40µ absolute inlet filter. It operates within a pressure range of 450 psig and a temperature range of +40° to 120° F, with a proof pressure of 975 psig and a burst pressure of 1625 psig. Response times are 30 msec for opening and 20 msec for closing at 20 VDC. It has a low internal leakage of <10.0 scch GN2 and external leakage of <1 X 10-6 sccs GHe.
