About
PolaLam™ is a cryogenic insulation product that shares similarities with PolaPair™ but is distinguished by its laminated construction, which provides enhanced durability. This lamination significantly improves ease of handling and increases the product’s resistance to tearing, making it more robust for various applications. PolaLam™ can be supplied in standard lengths of 100, 200, and 500 feet, or it can be customized to meet specific customer requirements. The added ruggedness from the laminate offers a substantial benefit, ensuring the material withstands more demanding conditions while maintaining its thermal performance to a high degree. It is particularly useful for easy cutting of patterns, whether by hand or with CNC equipment, and for on-site custom fabrication of cryogenic insulation systems.
