About
This all-in-one Avionics Board serves as the central nervous system of a CubeSat. Built on a PyCubed Plus architecture and enhanced with mission-ready features, it handles power distribution, data acquisition, sensor integration, and subsystem communication. Designed for ease of use and reliability in space, it aims to reduce development time and risk while offering flexibility for a range of CubeSat missions. Key benefits include its open-source, flight-proven PyCubed Plus architecture, integrated power management with solar and USB charging, and MRAM for non-volatile storage in radiation-prone environments. It also features an IMU and RTC for navigation and timekeeping, an integrated magnetic torquer driver for attitude control, and standard FFC connectors for easy panel and payload integration. The board boasts a compact, modular form factor for seamless CubeSat integration and includes built-in telemetry, a reset switch, and debug interfaces. It is NASA GEVS Compliant, compatible with standard environmental test protocols, and conforms to CubeSat Design Specification (CDS) board mounting standards. It has in-orbit heritage through the open-source community and academic missions and is bench-tested for functional validation and subsystem interaction. The product comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, technical support for electrical integration, software, and troubleshooting, and firmware and schematic access available under an open-source license.
