About

The Raptor Photonics Owl 1280 is a high-resolution InGaAs camera for visible and short-wave infrared (VIS-SWIR) imaging from 0.6 to 1.7 µm. The 1280 × 1024 pixel focal plane with 10 µm pitch delivers under 28 electrons rms readout noise and 69 dB intrascene dynamic range at frame rates from 10 to 60 Hz. Ultra-compact and low-power at under 3 W, it requires no active cooling fan and runs at a passive 15°C sensor stabilisation. On-board AGC and intelligent 3-point NUC are included. Available with Camera Link (12-bit), GigE, MIPI, and HD-SDI interfaces.
