About

The Raptor Photonics Owl 640-M is the lowest-power variant in the Owl 640 VIS-SWIR camera family. A TEC-less (no thermoelectric cooler), compact InGaAs camera covering 600–1700 nm with 640 × 512 pixels at 15 µm pitch. At under 2.5 W and with an ultra-high 72 dB intrascene dynamic range, it is optimised for OEM integration into hand-held goggles, mini-UAVs, machine vision systems, and small spacecraft. Suited for laser detection at 860 nm, 1064 nm, and 1550 nm wavelengths. Camera Link and GigE interfaces available.
