About
The Raptor Photonics Owl 640-T is described as the world’s first SWaP-optimised ½” VGA InGaAs sensor with VIS-SWIR response. Designed for mini-UAV gimbals and hand-held integrated systems, it features a 640 × 480 pixel focal plane at 10 µm pitch covering 0.6–1.7 µm with thermoelectric cooling (no fan). Delivers 69 dB dynamic range with under 50 electrons rms readout noise at 10–60 Hz frame rates. On-board AGC and 3-point NUC included. Camera Link primary interface with SDI OEM option available.
