About
Saft MP 176065 xtd is a medium prismatic rechargeable lithium-ion cell in an aluminium, hermetically sealed casing, designed for long calendar, cycling and float life in unregulated temperature environments from -40 °C to +85 °C. Saft states that the ExoMars Rover battery system is based on MP 176065 Integration xtd cells, and lists the MP range for launcher batteries. Cells are supplied integrated into battery assemblies with electronic protection; Saft designs the battery system for the application. Figures below are from the Saft product datasheet.
