About
The Aurora is a miniature Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) line-scan camera with integrated optics, built by Thoth Technology as an OEM payload for space and UAV platforms. It comes complete with integrated foreoptics in a single unit, eliminating the need for additional optics or optical fibers, and is supplied as a full kit with carry case and all components needed to operate right out of the box. Aurora is available in standard/lab-grade, space-qualified, UAV-grade, and extended-range configurations. The space-grade unit uses components specially selected for the space environment and is thermal vacuum and vibration tested with delivered test certification; the UAV-grade unit is environmentally certified with thermal and vibration test certification for UAV platforms. The extended-range variant covers spectral wavelengths up to 2200 nm. Low mass and power consumption, combined with heritage electronics, make Aurora well suited to remote sensing tasks such as environmental and process monitoring on constrained space and airborne platforms.
