The THPR1060 Triad High Power Radio (THPR) is a 4-channel, S-Band amplified radio system designed to provide higher RF output power, greater throughput, and longer link distances compared to a standalone radio. It integrates a Silvus StreamCaster SC4410-235-O radio with high-power RF subsystems, control circuitry, and interfaces in a low SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power) package. The system operates on a +22 to +32 VDC input voltage and includes BDAs, RF filtering, and innovative SoC-based monitoring and controls, offering real-time power measurement and link diagnostics. It features an internal microcontroller for enhanced control and monitoring via USB, including independent RF power control per stream, transmit and reflected power measurements and alarms, temperature monitoring and protection, LED controls, power circuit monitoring and alarms, RF power calibration, and cooling fan controls and alarms. The THPR1060 is compatible with other Silvus radios and networks and is designed for easy installation into vehicles, aircraft, and unmanned systems. It also offers an RF Blanking option for EMCON / No Emissions State and a 5V/1A auxiliary supply for external accessories.
