About
The TTRM2005DR is a Dual Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) module engineered to support any signal type, ranging from simple CW/FM signals to complex, highly modulated carriers such as 64QAM and 256QAM. It uses the latest LDMOS transistor technology to achieve highly linear power output with low distortion, or peak power at high efficiency, to meet radio system requirements. Triad RF Systems applies advanced RF simulation and design methods to deliver a product with low size, weight, and DC power consumption. The module operates across 2200-2500 MHz with 25 dB of transmit gain, a typical saturated output power (Psat) of 44, a receive path with 15 dB gain and 2.5 dB noise figure, and operates from a 12-30 Vdc supply. It is housed in a compact 3.25 x 3.75 x 1.9 inch package. The amplifier is part of Triad’s broader bi-directional amplifier product family, which also includes the related TTRM2002 S-Band BDA (2200-2500 MHz, up to 10 W output).
