About
Navishield is Indra Space’s (formerly Deimos Space) next-generation Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna (CRPA) system, designed to protect GNSS receivers against interference and spoofing attacks on Galileo Public Regulated Service (PRS), Galileo Open Service (OS) and GPS signals. It forms part of Indra Space’s broader GNSS systems portfolio, which includes 25+ years of experience contributing to the European Galileo programme since its inception, encompassing Sensor Stations (GSS), Uplink Stations (ULS), TT&C stations, the Public Regulated Service platform POCP-S 2S, the Key Management Facility (MKMF), the Message Generation Facility (MGF), the Mission Support Facility (MSF) and the European GNSS Service Centre (E-GSC). Navishield is used alongside Indra Space’s G3Star high-performance multi-constellation receiver family (which supports Galileo High Accuracy Service, HAS, in orbit) to provide resilient, jam- and spoof-resistant positioning for defence, aviation, logistics, financial and critical-infrastructure applications, and is applicable to the emerging LEO-PNT low-Earth-orbit navigation constellation.
