Focusoc

Focusoc provides Conjunction Assessment (CA) & Collision Avoidance (COLA) services based on operational data, with full automation and extending the validity of the 18SDS SP catalog with extended validity and CDM from any provider. It offers a daily updated catalog with over 20,000 objects and an on-demand service with fully automated operations. Focusoc supports any mission type, including GEO, MEO, LEO, and HEO, and is adapted to each client’s needs with expert support on Collision Avoidance. The service currently supports GEO, MEO, and LEO missions for more than 10 operators, continuously monitoring over 80 satellites with very short latencies (around 5 minutes). It provides conjunction prediction 15 days in advance for GEO and 7 days for LEO, performs consistency checks on catalog ephemeris, and computes the Probability of Collision in compliance with CCSDS standards. Focusoc takes into account operational maneuvers and provides detailed Email Reports. It offers three components of the miss distance and the Probability of Collision for each encounter, processing operational covariance information and estimating uncertainty daily for catalog orbits. A dedicated web interface provides the current status of the operator’s fleet, CDM information database, and extra analysis plots, products, and visualization tools, updated in real-time, with fully automated interaction through a dedicated REST API. For high-risk events, Focusoc performs advanced analysis including B-plane plots, scaled probability study, and parametrical analysis of Collision Avoidance Maneuvers to select the optimal maneuver with lower Delta-V.
